The Carnival Memphis season of 2019 has kicked off, and Memphis hosted their Mid-Winter Ball to announce the Dukes and Duchesses representing the court of Memphi this year! At an elegant, black-tie seated dinner, the court was announced. Members of the Memphi celebrated this momentous occasion and look forward to a festive Carnival season.
