The 94th Anniversary edition of Carnival Memphis culminated in a fantastic Carnival Week celebration! During the week King George Sousoulas, Queen Claiborne Collier, President Jennie Robbins, the Grand Krewes, Royal Court, and Boll Weevils visited dozens of great children’s organizations and retirement communities spreading joy throughout the Mid-South. The highlight of the week - and year - was the announcement of $600,000 with matching funds being raised for this year’s Carnival Children’s Charities: Liza’s Light, Porter-Leath, and Stax Music Academy.
