For the third year, the American Cancer Society selected 27 prominent men to participate in Real Men Wear Pink, a fundraising campaign to support the Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative. The men were asked to wear pink every day in October to raise awareness about breast cancer. The campaign’s wrap-up event was held Wednesday evening at AB Jets. The Memphis campaign ranked fourth among all American Cancer Society Real Men campaigns this year by raising over $145,000 in one month.
