After a successful run as a prix fixe sampling restaurant, Dory is making a switch to traditional menus. Rather than “chasing creativity on a wide variety of dishes,” Chef Dave Krog will be testing and rotating menus that give diners a choice on any given night. The soft opening for the new concept was eagerly enjoyed by friends and family. “Beautifully plated” and “absolutely delicious” were the two most often repeated phrases over the course of the evening.
