Memphians braved the cold winter waters of the Mighty Mississippi during the Polar Bear Plunge, and those who wanted to showcase their delicious chili participated in the Chili Cook Off! The “Bluff City Fire and Ice” event was a day full of festivities for all ages, and benefited Special Olympics Greater Memphis.
