Memphis’ restaurateurs gathered recently at The Kent to celebrate the best in their biz with the Food Festival & Awards celebration. Samplings from the restaurants featured a Mardi Gras twist, plus great music and dancing with Elmo & The Shades. Awards were presented for Restaurateur of the Year to Anthony House, Operator of Chick-fil-A Germantown Parkway, and to Brian Edwards, owner of Everything But The Food as Associate of the Year. A posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Fr. Nicholas Vieron. memphisrestaurants.com
