The International Blues Challenge had the Clayborn Temple rockin' in a music-filled kick-off event. The Blues Foundation hosts the annual competition and brings over 250 blues acts from around the world to compete on Beale Street. The organization strives to preserve blues heritage, celebrate blues recording and performance, expand worldwide awareness of the blues, and ensure the future of this uniquely American art form.
