The University of Memphis recently hosted a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening celebration for the Kemmons Wilson Culinary Institute. The KWCI is located in Cordova at the site of the former L’Ecole Culinaire. The festivities included tours and tastings of this newest addition to the U of M.
