The Vault on GE Patterson recently hosted a viewing party to watch the restaurant’s own Chef Aaron Winters on Cooking Channel’s “Late Night Eats” Memphis episode. Guests enjoyed a preview of The Vault’s new winter dinner menu and tastings of Memphis’ newest spirits Blue Note Bourbon and Riverset Rye.
