The Front Porch Memphis celebrated its Grand Opening on November 8, hosted by Mearl Purvis and featured remarks from Mayor Paul Young, Dr. Stephen Cook, Lauren Young, Becky Wilson, and Executive Director, Melissa Todd. Located on the Second Baptist Church campus, this new East Memphis gathering place offers Second Helpings Café - open to the public, along with an event space and meeting room now available for bookings. Designed for business presentations, workshops, lunch‑and‑learns, and private events, The Front Porch embodies community, hospitality, and connection.
