The Science of Wine

The Science of Wine, held September 9 at MoSH, offered wine and food pairings with some science mixed in! Guests enjoyed food from local restaurants and wines from vineyards from around the country. While sipping, guests learned some of the fundamental components of the wines - from acidity and alcohol to sugar and tannins.
