On Martin Luther King Day, TV One and Xfinity feted over 150 Memphians at a watch party for the 49th NAACP Image Awards. The red carpet event was held at the National Civil Rights Museum and was also a nod to MLK50 celebration and the surviving sanitation workers from the 1968 strike. Guests were treated to open bar, hors d'oeuvres by Melissa's Fine Catering, and the sound experience by DJ Tootz.
