The Capital Grille

Amandalyn Wallace (Mandy)

Skin pineapples and dice into desired shape (Mandi uses hexagons) and submerge in vodka. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5-7 days. The longer the mixture sits, the sweeter the final cocktail. The vodka is ready when it acquires a golden hue. Strain the vodka into desired glass container for serving, disposing of pineapples that have had all flavor extracted. Serve shaken and straight up in a martini glass

The Capital Grille is featuring a summer wine event, The Generous Pour: tastings of 7 critically acclaimed wines for only $28 with dinner.
