Trae and I became friends while in college at UT Chattanooga. We both moved back to Memphis in 2012 and became even closer until we finally started dating in 2013. Last April, we planned a weekend getaway only to have our flights canceled at the last minute. We left the airport and drove straight to Chattanooga! He popped the question the next morning during a hike to my favorite spot. Couldn’t have been more perfect!
