ArtUp welcomes back fashion designer and illustrator Kris Keys for an artist talk on her collection HEMATOLOGY.

In a conversation with Jared Boyd of The Daily Memphian, Keys will discuss the implications of Hereditary Elliptocytosis, the blood disorder that inspired the color palette and silhouette of Hematology, on her life and career.

Kris is a graduate of the prestigious London College of Fashion, and credits her vibrant style of watercolor painting and design to the cities she has called home over the years: Memphis, TN, New York City, NY, and London, England. Now she’s back to give us a glimpse into why she transformed her diagnoses into fashionable garments for the woman on the go.
