The 2019 Annual Black Tie Scholar-Athlete Banquet for the Memphis Chapter of the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame was held recently at Rhodes College. The local chapter was founded in 1963, and annually honors and awards scholarships to 11 high school and two college football players in the Memphis area.
