Project Green Fork and Clean Memphis recently hosted their annual event, Reharvest Memphis, at Beale Street Landing in the newly opened Tom Lee Park. The evening is dedicated to raising awareness of sustainability efforts to reduce food waste in Memphis. Guests mingled with the chefs and sampled top-notch restaurant fare made from ingredients that might otherwise go unsold and uneaten. projectgreenfork.org
