RISE Foundation, Inc. hosted their annual gala event, and theme this year was An Evening of Change: On the Boardwalk. RISE is a nonprofit with the mission of empowering people to become self-sufficient by building and sustaining human and financial assets, and all proceeds from the gala support financial literacy in Memphis.
