The Museum of Science and History - MoSH - hosted the inaugural Unlock the Vault party and fundraiser. It’s the first time they have opened their archives to the public, and it was a sight to see! The theme of the items shown were related to the regional areas from the Gulf of Mexico through Mississippi. The evening featured Chef Jimmy Gentry’s Paradox Catering, and the menu related to the region with oysters, redfish, grits and more.
