Claire Rossie

Claire serves on the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Annual Courses & Cocktails Host Committee, Dixon Gallery & Gardens “Art on Fire” Event Committee, tnAchieves Mentor, plus she’s a St. Jude Full Marathon Finisher and running her second marathon for St. Jude this year.

Jordan Johnston

Jordan has volunteered with Memphis Tilth as well as took part in New Memphis Institute's First Friend Program. He play bass and sings in local band Big Grump and is an avid runner and biker.

Atarrah Jones

Atarrah does community outreach for the Memphis Public Libraries at various different events promoting LINC211 which is a community resource social service department located in the Central Memphis Public Libraries. Her interests include anything that involves being outside.

Scott Perryman

Scott is a real estate professional and member of the Rising Tide Society. He volunteers with community groups around town and is a 20 year Memphian.

Latasha Echols

Latasha is a USTA Tennis Team player, Marriage Ministry Leader, Restorative Practices leader and trainer, and dancing mindfulness facilitator.

Caitlin Hassinger

Caitlin is part of the Crosstown High Design Thinking committee and supporter and user of The Compost Fairy. She is working closely with Commute Memphis to turn Crosstown Concourse into a "commuting hub."

Rebecca Griffin

Rebecca volunteers with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where she enjoys taking the “Happy Cart” around to the in-patients. She is also active with IDA belly dance troupe. Rebecca recently relocated from Michigan and enjoys sharing her favorite things with fellow incomers.

Mariko Krause

Mariko loves all things health related - biking, walking, running, yoga and pilates. She is one of the outstanding young professionals at the Memphis Medical District Collaborative and has been involved in Freewheel since the launch of the program.

Anna Beth Studdard

Anna Beth is an active participant in Undercurrent, Special Olympics of Greater Memphis fundraisers and Bluff City Rescue. She is currently working on a strategic plan for education opportunities at RedZone ministries. She also loves traveling and experiencing different cultures.

Leslie Smith

Leslie is the Advocacy and Engagement Program Manager for BLDG Memphis, a coalition to support the development and redevelopment of economically sustainable neighborhoods. Leslie was also a founding member for Memphis Black Restaurant Week's Inaugural event in 2016.

Yolanda Manning

Yolanda is a native of Nashville, TN and moved to Memphis in 2014 for graduate school at the University of Memphis. She transitioned to a plant basedvegan lifestyle, and she has a passion for health. Recently she launched Araba's Sweet Spot, LLC that sells wholesome vegan sweets and eats.

Justin Jamerson

Justin is a workforce development professional working in conjunction with partners to redefine workforce development in the Greater Memphis Region.

George Abbott

George works with the Memphis River Parks Partnership, and he is also a member of the upcoming class of Leadership Memphis. George is a keen cyclist and likes to ride the trails along the river, in Memphis to Shelby Farms and across the river into Arkansas.

Austin Magruder

Austin’s interests include running, biking, swimming and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys racing and wrenching cars with his father Pat. He is a board member of AIA Memphis, Phoenix Club of Memphis and University Neighborhood Development Corporation.

Nick Oyler

Nick is the Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Manager for the City of Memphis. He is also managing the Big Jump Project - a national, three-year, and wide-reaching community development initiative which will result in stronger neighborhoods that are better places to live, work, and play.

Molly O'Malley

Molly is an active member of Greater Memphis Chamber's Soundcheck, participates in New Memphis events, volunteers at the Madonna Learning Center and as a volunteer basketball coach at Woodland Presbyterian. Originally from Nebraska, Molly enjoys anything related to the #bringyoursoul movement.

Ashley Smith

Ashley is the CEO and founder of Artesian Schools. She also serves as Workforce Investment Network board member, Target Populations Committee member, ARK Farms board member and Destination Imagination appraiser. She enjoys being outside, interacting with smart people, and travelling.

Brandi Hunter

Brandi is the Multimedia Specialist at New Direction Christian Church and bhMedia. She is also an ARISE2Read Volunteer Tutor. She created and launched called Faith901, which includes a website and podcast for local places of worship and faith-related organizations to connect with Memphians.

Robert Hatfield

Robert enjoys traveling, cooking and using a variety of modes to move around and explore Memphis. He moved from Arkansas to Memphis in 2006 and is very proud to live here. Robert enjoys the sense of community that he gets in Memphis - the best of both worlds with big city and small town.

Shamichael Hallman

Shamichael is the Community Engagement Coordinator for The Fourth Bluff 2. He also serves as board chair for Indie Memphis and Volunteer Odyssey. His interests and hobbies include podcasting, blogging, and organizing community events.

Ruby Powell-Dennis

Ruby has been a member of Junior League of Memphis since 2014 and also the Founding President of MMIC (Investment Club for Black Women). She enjoys running, Orange Theory, lots of gardening and spending time with her children and husband.

Kimberly Jordan

Kimberly is a board member on the North Crosstown {Speedway Terrace} Neighborhood Association where she assists with creating neighborhood engagement projects for the betterment of the neighborhood and to allow the neighbors to familiarize themselves with each other.

Randall Thomas

Randall was a member of the New Memphis Embark program and also volunteers with Memphis Habitat for Humanity and the Peer Power Foundation. He is an avid fitness nut and enjoys DIY projects, sports and travelling.

Holly Whitfield

Holly enjoys donating her volunteering her time beyond her position at I Love Memphis/ Memphis Tourism. Holly's hobbies and interests include writing, podcasting/radio, playing intramural kickball and wiffle ball, exploring the local culinary scene, and traveling.

Patrick Jones

A lifelong Memphian, Patrick graduated from Christian Brothers University in 2008 and is a paralegal at Miles Mason Family Law Group. He resides in the Cooper-Young neighborhood where he serves as a board member of the Cooper-Young Community Association, chairman of the Transportation Committee.

Latanyua T. Robinson

Latanyua is a soon-to-beempty- nester looking for new opportunities for community engagement and healthy-active living. She is the Master Planning Project Manager for the Overton Park Conservancy, and serves on the board at Kaleidoscope Kitchen and DeltaARTS.

Tamika T. Heard

Tamika founded the start up of 901 Kidpreneurs and Makeda's Small Biz Saturdays. She also enjoys reading, inspiring and speaking to youth, baking, and riding her bike.

Louise Palazola

Louise enjoys exploring Memphis and loves finding a new location to photograph, to eat, to shop or to listen to music in her city. Biking is her favorite way to get to know a city. She works with the Maternal League of Memphis - assisting mothers and their newborns with education and their health needs.
