Advance Memphis offers job readiness training, financial literacy classes, resume writing, job placement, and more to help those in and around the 38126 zip code get ahead. The non-profit’s most anticipated annual fundraising event is Art For Jobs. Originally held in the organization’s office on Vance, the program has continually grown and now takes place in their warehouse on Suzette Place. The quality of the art donated to the charity sale is exceptional and draws large crowds each year. Featured artists this year were Carl Moore, Megan Grinder, and Alexis Miché. advancememphis.org
