Born and raised in Memphis, George and Ramsay are certainly tried and true! They have what I like to call an “infectious kindness.” They take time away from everyone else in the room to listen to you and make sure you are taken care of. Credit is due not only to their natural southern charm, but to their incredible families. It’s clear the people in their life matter to them for a multitude of reasons. Two big themes shone through for this couple: family and service. Ramsay’s relationship with her mom and George’s naval commitment to the U.S Marine Corp were largely celebrated through their wedding. As a token of both gratitude and love, Ramsay chose to have her ceremony at the Germantown United Methodist Church, where her parents were also married. You’ll see below one of their nephews carrying his own little cousin down the aisle. This ceremony was precious---you can imagine the tears! Additionally, to honor George’s service, they did the traditional, amazing and colorful sword arch to start their reception! To caption the photo below, "Welcome to the U.S Marine Corp, Ramsay!" Having graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, George’s dedication to family and service is unmatched. It’s hard not to notice these two were raised by the best! May all congratulations be in order for George & Ramsay!
